The VSP841 Pirani half bridges measures absolute pressure in the fine vacuum range. The robust heat conduction sensor is compact, pre-adjusted and temperature compensated.
It is suitable for controlled and passive bridge circuits and as sensor for monitoring of vacuum isolations, readout of measurements with VD84 (compact vacuum meter and data logger).
